3.制定技术规格书（与机械设计部门合作，如果需要，可邀请研发同事和软件工程师参与，但本人应负责*终的整理撰写工作）；
Prepare the technical specification document (in cooperation with the mechanical design department, and if required also with R&D and software engineers; however: be the responsible person to put all of it into writing)
4.通过提供详细的成本核算以及供货说明等资料协助报价；
Support the preparation of the detailed quotation through providing the detailed cost calculation and corresponding description of the scope of supply.
5.负责寻找箱内集成设备的潜在供应商，并负责相应的客户关系维护；
Explore potential cooperation partners for integrated machinery (vendors) and be responsible for maintaining the contact and good relationship to such cooperation partners
6.协助市场部制定营销资料的技术部分（用于宣传册、技术文献（"白皮书"）、网页、展览和会议），并负责培训威格的国内外销售工程师以及和销售代理；
Support the marketing group by preparing the technical content of the marketing material (for brochures, technical literature (?white papers“), web-page, exhibitions and conferences) for the related applications and organize the training of our sales engineers as well of the sales engineers of our subsidiaries and representatives
7.通过与客户进行技术交流，协助当地的销售工程师获取商机。订单确定之后，积极为项目管理提供支持；
Actively supporting the acquisition of application specific orders through technical discussions with customers. After order intake supporting the work of the project management
8.关注相关行业的发展趋势，参加本行业的展览和会议，包括为展览活动提供协助；
Follow the trends of the related industries, attend industry specific exhibitions and conferences, including helping to give presentation on such events
9.关注相关领域内竞争对手的市场动态和新兴的应用领域；留意大学内的研发趋势（需要惰性气氛的领域），以及大学和研发机构向工业应用的技术转让动向；
For the related industrial applications: Market observation for competitors and new emerging applications. Investigating trends in research and development at universities (requiring inert gas application), as well as technology transfer from university and R&D institutions into industrial processes
10.遵守《质量手册》中的工作流程和程序；
Be compliant with the work processes and procedures described in the quality manual
11.完成CSO 或其他公司高层管理人员分配的其他临时任务。
Other tasks as they may be assigned from time to time by the CSO or other top management of the company


任职要求

1.本科或以上学历，机械、电子、材料、化学专业或相近专业；
Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in mechanical, electronic, chemical, material or other similar majors

2. 熟悉工业产品（主要指生产设备）的营销；
Very good understanding of selling and marketing of industrial products (capital goods),

3.在以下行业之一拥有5年以上的工作经验：有机光电 /有机光伏、太阳能电池、LED、锂电池、增材制造；熟悉相关行业的制造工艺，了解市场竞争对手的基本情况，熟悉相关工艺设备的主要供应商；
More than 5 years’ experience in one of the following industries: OLED/OPV, Solar Cells, LED, Li-Battery, or Additive Manufacturing resulting in a detailed understanding of manufacturing process requirements as well as of the process equipment used for manufacturing in this industry. Good knowledge of related competing companies and their main vendors for process equipment

4.熟悉技术规格书的编制以及报价估算者优先；
Those who are experienced in preparing technical specifications and cost estimates for quotations will be preferred;

5.拥有良好的沟通和协作能力；
Very good communication and collaboration skills

6.工作态度积极主动；
Work in a proactive and passionate way;

7.能适应出差；
Be adaptable to business trips.

8.普通话流利，善于表达；
Fluent in Mandarin and good at expressing skills,

9.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；
Advanced English knowledge writing, reading, listening and speaking;
10.能熟练使用常用办公软件，尤其是MS Word，Excel等。
Good command of computer skills, in particular MS Word, Excel.
