1.Research and development of new products and process technologies, including investigation, research, preparation, implementation, data recording, prototype testing, and management;
2.Functional improvement of our existing products, process technologies and components, including investigation, research, preparation, implementation, data recording, prototype testing and management;
3.Supporting the qualification and release of components used in the manufacturing of our standard and customized products；
4.Determine the quality and functional tests for new products and specific customized orders in particular with integrated process machines; define and prepare the test methods, execute and/or supervise the testing；
5.Work with the quality department to write testing standards for new products, including the forms needed for a meaningful documentation of the tests;
6.Responsible for the management of the employees working in the R&D group;
7.Daily management of the research and development work.
8.Ensuring meaningful and complete documentation of the work done by the R&D department
9.Preparing training material for our employees (engineers, sales engineers, and service technicians) for teaching technical basics of our core technology
10.Supporting the Service Department in solving process related problems at customers.
11.Supporting the mechanical and electrical design group as well as the software in the design, respectively start up of specific customized orders.
12.Other related work arranged by the VP of the Engineering and R&D Department.


Job Requirement ：
1.Master degree or above degrees, with (physical) chemistry, physics, process technology, or other similar majors
2.Good professional basics and skills
3.Good communication skills, collaboration skills
4.Rich research and development experience, those with experiences in gas purification equipment, chemical process technology, OLED manufacturing processes and/or manufacturing equipment, 3D printing processes and/or equipment industry are preferred;
5.Work in a proactive and passionate way;
6.Fluent in Mandarin and good at expressing skills,
7.Advanced English knowledge writing, reading and speaking
8.Good command of computer skills.
